Very rude manager and bad service at Pep

I’m a business person and I use Paxi to send the parcels and it’s was very convenient for me until today. The manager of the store told me I waste their time because of the parcels I sent apparently they are too much for them , mind you I spend +-15000 a week at pep buying Paxi plastic so I don’t understand why can’t I receive the service as I am a customer paying with my money, she told me that she got that information from her Area Manager so now I must register parcels with my phone at home and I’m struggling with network I don’t have a problem doing that but because of network I can’t hence I choose Paxi it was convenient for me because they can register the parcels at Pep. I’ve been doing this for almost 2 years now so why is it a problem now and I’ve been a loyal customer so I just can’t accept this kind of service really not after spending so much with Paxi. Or should I opt for another delivery service since well you are failing me as your customer . I’m running a business so as for me I can’t fail my clients because Pep and Paxi they are *********** and they have bad service and as they told me I’m wasting their time by spending my money at the shop. I wrote them an email both Pep customer service and Paxi customer service no response even now and what sad is the service is still very bad and actually so ****ed
