Very poor service from Paxi

I was suppose to have received a parcel they sent me on the 28th of November 2025, and it was supposed to have arrived on the 11th Dec 2025. Today its the 21st of Dec 2025 and i still have not received my parcel. I have called Paxi twice and still nothing is being done and their Whatsapp service is very useless. Apparently my parcel is stuck in Nelspruit but nothing is being done about that.
