Very long waiting time to collect parcel from PEP

I had a parcel sent to me via Paxi . I went to a PEP stores and was told to join the queue to fetch the parcel. I had to stand in the queue for 15 minutes just to fetch the parcel. This is definitely a waste of time and I suggest people rather use a different courier service because nobody wants to wait in the long queue. Courier Guy is about the same price and can deliver direct. I suggest Paxi improves their service and arranges a separate queue for parcel collections at PEP
