Very Disappointing Service

My experience with PAXI has been extremely frustrating. My parcel arrived later than the estimated delivery date with no proper communication or accountability. When I contacted customer service for assistance, the representatives were unprofessional, dishonest, and did not handle my concerns seriously. The lack of transparency and poor customer support made the whole experience stressful and disappointing. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this service to anyone expecting reliability, professionalism, or timely deliveries.
