VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

I sent my parcel through PAXI three weeks ago, it was transported using RAM Couriers. They open the parcel, ***** items from it then seal it again with a RAM tape. When following up with PAXI they will tell you they still waiting for the response from their courier company. But they know drivers that were involve in the whole picking and delivery of the parcel, what is taking them so long. Disappointing and annoying service. PAXI with a useless WhatsApp comms channel and poor client service, RAM on the other side must check if they are not trusting dishonest people with our parcels. I am so disappointed and I will never use them again.
