Very bad service from Pep Paxi.

Parcel exceptionally late and i call their head office each and everyday to be told they escalating the matter on each day, i spoke to a Supervisor named Katlego today who initially did not even want to speak to me, she has also promised the same thing that i have been promised since day 1. I strongly believe my parcel has been lost or ******, they just stalling.
