Very bad service.

Service is pathetic, l have dropped the parcel on 25th May 2020 for 3 to 5 days and paid R109.00. Today is 4 June 2020 the parcel has not reached its final destination. I have called twice both agents promised that they will follow up. Nothing has been done.
