Very bad service

Never ever use paxi, their service is so poor and they will never resolve your matter to your satisfaction, my parcel was opened and one product inside missing, I exhausted all the avenues to try and resolve my query but guess what they just close my tickets just like that.

I demand compensation for all the stress they put me through
