Very bad service

Can someone please help me ? I'm VERY VERY ANGRY 😡

I have been using paxi service for a very long time and NEVER had any problems!

Pep called me now telling me that your courier guy refused to take the parcel because it was opened!

When I left the parcel at pep to be sent with paxi I made sure the package is SEALED. I WILL NOT pay for a new paxi bag because this has already cost my client money !

If this is not sorted out and sent to my client I will take further steps and so will my client seeing as this was her money.
