Very bad

The service at paxi is horrible. They lost my parcel and I had to follow up on it. every time you call there is a new person answering and have to start explaining from scratch. They do not call if you do not call , they don't care about your parcel , they even have the guts to send you to the shop to check if your parcel is there , on your own time and own transport. They sent me to the store and the parcel was not there. I am now running after them like i did not pay courier fee. They should just close this Paxi nonsense.
