Very angry

Someone sent 2 parcels via Pep Paxi and I was suppose to receive them on the 8th Aug 2024 on the 3-5 business day option. The 1st parcel was delivered on the 7th Aug 2024 while the 2nd parcel is currently under “delivery failed, investigation underway” status. It's been 14days now and I still haven't received my parcel.. I have called so many times and spoke to Agents on whatsapp and they ALWAYS advise me that they have escalated it but still there is noway forward..
