UTTERLY DISGUSTED WITH SERVICE

We are Sponsoring 2 school Kids with their Matric dance outfits and we decided to use Paxi as we always do when we courier. We sent a package last week Friday and we only learnt today that they never collected the package from PEP Eldorado park and learnt today 5 days days later it was never collected from the store, I must say I'm totally disappointed with the service we have received Sanelisiwe S Customer Service PAXI Team told us you will refund us with the bag money only, who the hellllll must pay for the Over night courier that was caused because of you shifty service... you will pay us for the inconvenience caused by yourselves.
