Utterley disgusted service for Pep Paxi service

D*** I send this parcel on 6 August 2024 to Jan Kempdorp from Pep Contantiakloof Roodepoort. The parcel is either ****** or lost. I reported it at Paxi many times and ask for a R60.00 pay back and a R400.00 refund the value what the customer paid. After numerous e mails no refund as what Paxi promised as I have the many e mail. Yesterday I phone the 086 call centre nr. I agent answer my call. She promised she spoke to her manager and I will receive an e mail to proses the claim. Till now nothing no e mail. She ask me to rate her service and I gave her a 1. I am very dissapointed as a regular client been treated by Paxi and there call centre agents. I am very disgusted how this agent got her name **** to me promised she will send me the e mail how to claim my loss just to get a 1 rating. Rudie Rousseau ***
