Useless service

A package was dropped off at PEP Kolonade on 12 August. We opted for the 3 to 5 day service. According to trcking it was picked up that same afternoon, delivery date 19 August. On 19 August the package has not been delivered yet. On 20 August through a phone call, I was told they will email the couriers. A reply takes about 4 hours. Had no reply from them up to 26 August. On 21 August through a phone call, I was told they will investigate and revert back to me. Nor response since. Whatsapp query on 26 August, reply was they will email the couriers. To this day I have no response or delivery
