USELESS SERVICE

I received an sms notifying me that my Parcel has arrived at P6226 PEP PMB THE MALL @ SCOTTSVILLE. An hour later when I go to collect it, a uninterested Cashier tells me to come back tomorrow because they have not put the parcel into their system 😒. So, why send me an sms to come and collect a parcel that u know it is not available for me collect, waste my time, and resources for something I will not get.
