Useless Paxi

I ordered books from Bid or Buy and the package was delivered on the 24th of December 2020. It was only collected on the 29th of December without explanation. For some unknown reason my package went from Klerksdorp to Durban and then it stayed there from the 31st of December till the 4th of January also without explanation.

Its been in Cape Town since the 6th... Absolutely no movement whatsoever....

What is going on?!
