USELESS!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR DELIVERY!!!!!!

PLEASE STAY AWAY AND USE DIFFERENT COURIER COMPANY!!!!! It is now two weeks and my parcel is still stuck at one place. Phoned with no results or out come as the agent is as useless and don`t know anything. Probally a cleaner I spoke to. How the hell can this company still keep their doors open. Over 90percent negative reviews. This is a **** company at its best..... USELESS!!!!!! PEOPLE PLEASE STAY AWAY AND USE SOMEONE ELSE!!!!
