Useless delivery service

Still waiting for a parcel sent on the 23rd may,it is 5 june. Spoke many times to call centre agents,parcel arrived at depo 3 days ago,but not sent to store. Now i cannot get answers due to depo being closed weekends. Waiting on a manager to call me as promised by the last agent I spoke to. Rather dont waste your time with these useless guys. D***
