Urgent – ****** Parcel at PEP Inveraan

I’m really angry and disappointed at the moment.

On Monday, 31st of March, I dropped off my parcel at PEP Boulders Mall, Midrand. Then on Thursday, 3rd of April, I received an SMS stating that my parcel had arrived at PEP Inveraan.

However, when my niece went to collect it the following day, she was informed that there had been a shoplifting incident the day before, and that my parcel was among the items ******. I politely asked the staff to have someone from PAXI contact me regarding the matter.

Today is the 8th of April, and I have still not received any communication from PAXI. The parcel contained valuable items meant for my clients. Below is a list of the contents:

3 hardcover photobooks (worth R1,500)

3 x 32GB SanDisk USB drives (worth R360)

3 USB holders (approximately R50)

2 gift bags (R50)

2 meters of bubble wrap used for packaging (R50)
