Urgent assistance on parcel D*** please it has valuable stuff

I am very disappointed with PAXI’s service. My parcel (Tracking Number: D***) was supposed to arrive on 11 April 2025. It is now more than 3 weeks since the expected delivery date, and I still have not received it.

I have contacted PAXI several times via WhatsApp and phone. Every time, I am told the matter has been “escalated” and that I must wait 24 hours — but nothing changes. I feel like I am getting the same response repeatedly without any real action being taken.

The parcel contains important personal items, and this delay is causing me a lot of stress and inconvenience. I have also sent emails, but no proper feedback or solution has been given.

This level of service is unacceptable. I am asking for urgent action and a proper update on my parcel’s whereabouts. I trusted PAXI to deliver safely and on time, but this experience has been very disappointing. A nsfas student that is literally trying please I'm begging for assistance i had not eaten for 3 months saving money to be able to buy clothes so I can be like other kids at varsity paxi failed me
