Unsatisfactory service

We sent an Item on the 15th of Dec 2022 and every time we call to track it, agents drop calls on us. The last status on the parcel was on the 23rd and it said it was marked "short" at the destination store.

We have no idea what that means and it's very sad that people will drop calls instead of assisting with the issue at hand.

It's absolutely bogus.
