Unprofessional services, not worth your cents

Yoh if only i came here to read the reviews first. Its been hell of a week going back and forth with useless agents as they dont even know what they are doing there; they will be giving you different directives of which yield no results when you hold them accountable then they become rude and defensive. I have been told to keep on going to the store without receiving an OTP for collection while they claim being unable to reqch the store but claim the parcel has arrived at the store. Only after the 2nd attempt at the store was i told the parcel is lost and they cannot refund the value of the package because apparently someone was supposed to tell me about an insurance that i was expected to know about and should have taken it out. PAXI is not delivering the service they advertise and they are very rude and unprofessional to clients, poor service delivery with no aim to account to their wrong doings and technical issues. The agents are so defensive and entitled to their rudeness to customers. Wish we could find a way to alert others because wow; the insurance is only paying out up to 500 while the package was 4X that amount 😭 I will forever regret trying it out
