Unprofessional paxi

I sent a parcel on the 19th of October 2023 . My customer has not received her parcel. When I call Paxi they tell me they have sent an email to the courier people they will get back at me In 4 hours! Am really ****ed off with their service. I was under the impression that it takes 7 to 10 working days. Not 3 weeks
