Unprofessional and ineffective services

Dropped a parcel off at a pep store on 11 December 2020 scheduled for delivery to Kuruman. Bought the 7-9 day package for R59. 99. Till today parcel has not reached its destination. Parcel tracking shows that last movement was on 20 December and parcel was in Bloemfontein.

Highly annoyed.
