Unimpressed

I am totally unimpressed with Paxi, I need Parcels to be delivered, from Pretoria to Mpumalanga, and used The 3- 5 day Delivery, I user the with Knowledge that my Parcels will be Delivered earliest as I have Made The 3-5 days, but the parcel are still in the store. After calling a consultant, with the regards of how far my Parcels were, i was told the it will be only taken after two days, so what was the use of paying R100 for the an parcels that I needed to fast tracked...
