Unhappy customer

Hi there, I have a problem with paxi pep courier company, I send my parcel on the 5Feb when I phone on Monday to enquire about the parcel they say it is lost someone is gonna contact me, I waited no one contacted me I phone again Thursday they ask for my email address and they send me email today saying they gonna pay me R500 of which is an insult to me because in that parcel the was hair for R1500 and 2 lipstick and the eyeshadow and for the parcel I pay R99.
