Unhappy client.

Very bad service delivery,I make use of paxi for my small business...a very important order for me and my little business they messed up...it's 2weeks now they can't tell me what happened to my parcel,I've been calling and no consultant can give me any concrete information....I lost so much because of this,I made the items and also needed to pay the client back because they did not receive their items...I'm really just so disappointed...RIGHT NOW.
