Undelivered Package

My package was sent on the 30th of August and was rerouted on the 5th ofSeptember estimated delivery date was the 18th of September but I never got any msg for collection or any communication from paxi if there will be delays… I tried contacting them they telling me the order is still with the courier! I’m so frustrated as I need my package ASAP I wouldn’t recommend PAXI to anyone it’s so unreliable!!!
