Unable to receive sms from Paxi

Bad service from Paxi,unable to retrieve my parcel from Pepstores because Paxi has not sent me a pin to collect.I called their call centre twice with no luck of them assisting in the retrieval of a pin.I was even told the parcel arrived and shown the parcel by the Pepstores sfatt.im still waiting for an sms from Paxi so that i can get my parcel.My business is affected because this is my business contents in there.
