Took my money and parcel and nobody knows where it went

Recently used this service 24 hours ago Was meant to receive an sms confirmation while in the shop after payment was done. After 10 minutes still nothing so I was told that it could be the network As I had my receipt I left 12 hours later I get a message from the supposed to be recipient that he had not received any notification from them either. So I went back to the store, what an unhelpful bunch nobody new what had happened, they even denied remembering me , and said they had no knowledge or way of tracking my parcel. At this point I presented them with my invoice which clearly had the name of the person that served me the previous day . Now the lying started , I asked for the manager, well if the person I spoke to was the manager God save PEP , arrogant useless individual So now I’ve lost my money and parcel Asking what happens now, answered me there is nothing we can do I have always only used Postnet and have never had a problem But I suppose this is the level of service one would expect in this ******* thieving country we live in PEXI you are Useless and I spit on the heart of the ******* that stole my jacket ****** *****
