This service cost me my dream job!! Don't use it!

If it was possible to give zero I would. This service has cost me a job! I entrusted in this service to deliver my parcel which had my job application form within 7-9 days but it failed me. As we speak now, 12 days later, the parcel still hasn't arrived. When I call customer care all they can tell me is that it was meant to arrive days ago, not even trying to call the driver or escalate the matter. Will never use this service again.
