This company DESERVES to fail

The most useless uncaring courier in the business. My parcel has been sitting on a shelf in Durban a few kilometers from me since Thursday morning. Its now a week since it left JHB for Durban. Customer care line is an arrogant uncaring bunch. They dont answer E-Mails and the contact details on their WEB page are false, they are there for show. Click on them and nothing happens.
