They r robbing their customers and saying our items were hijacked

I had a parcel sent to me and was expected to be delivered on the 15th of November and if I didn't contact them I would of never known that my parcel was hijacked from the Durban hub. How do parcels get hijacked from the Durban hub only an employee could of ****** it. When I tracked it they said parcel claim and it was received at the store I had it sent to. PAXI is not safe and they are robbing their customers. I wish I could give them a 0star rating. Bunch of *******.
