Theft

Goodday i am writing this email with a heavy heart, i sent my mom to send me a router i left at home through paxi, and the cashier who was assisting her at makhado pep home advised her to cover the router properly and she did but now the router arrived with no sim card inside and my mom cannot even open the router, i cant even enquire i don't have a number for the router sim card since it was data only, and again its a government property which i will have to pay for, can you please investigate this matter because the simcard is needed.please assist.check ur CCTV.the sim card has been romoved.
