The worst service ever - Paxi is the worst courier company in South Africa

I sent two parcels on 20th December 2024 to the same recipient in Pretoria North.Both contained stationary for my kids.For some reason one parcel was delivered and the other ended up in Isando at the courier hub with no explanation.Despite numerous emails and whatapp message there has been no communication at all from the courier and they dont seem to have any remorse.My son will not get his stationary in time for school and i have vowed to never use this service again.These people dont deserve to be in business.
