The worst courier service ever! they will ***** your parcel

The worst courier service I have ever used. I would not advice anyone to use this company to send their parcel. I used their service to send some parcel, for the to call me a week later telling me that their delivery guy got hijacked. They gave me steps to get refunded for mynlost parcel, of which I had to send my identification and banking details to their insurance company, abucus-insurance. these people have been telling me that they haven't received my documents and I did send the required documents. Akhona is the name of the person who was helping me, but I never really recieved any assistance, they were just keeping me on the line until I ran out of airtime. I lost important stuff when sending through this Bullsh*t paxi service, and now they are ducking me. You will lose your things and will never get compensated. listen to my words, never use paxi or you will regret it. they will ***** your stuff and say it's missing and then ignore you.
