The Worst courier service ever!

Dropped parcel to be delivered on the 3rd October until today documents are still with PAXI!! PAXI :) Parcel D************** dropped. Destination: P0477 PEP PTA CHURCH SQUARE. Estimated delivery date: 2024-10-16. The worst is the service while tracking the parcel 😢 I have a deadline for that parcel! But I sent the email for assistannce, they only asked for my tracking number and never got back to me. The worst courier service ever! I wouldn't recommend anyone to use it! Iv been waiting for feedback since Friday 25 Oct on where is my parcel or when it will be delivered. They should really get advice on how to improve there service cause wow it's extremely bad!
