The most useless courier service

The worst delivery service. Package was sent on 8 December 2025 and it's now 28 December 2025 and on their WA channel they are telling me they don't have the courier details to provide to me. Another package we were informed to remove it from the box as they don't ship boxed items, needless to say, the item arrived in pieces. I am still waiting for the item shipped on the 8th. I'll now be contacting the NCC and ICASA
