THE MOST USELESS COURIER COMPANY !!! DON'T USE THEM !!!
I have sent of a parcel on 15 June from Pretoria to Lambert Bay. By the end of June I contacted Paxi to enquire on why the parcel has not arrive yet. I then found out that my parcel arrived opened in Cape Town on 20 June. No one even bother to contact me. After more communication I asked that the parcel be delivered to Lambert Bay ASAP. Today is 08 July 2023 and according to the tracking info my parcel is still in Cape Town. Paxi is the MOST USELESS courier company around !!!
