TERRIBLE SERVICE, RIDE STAFF MEMBERS

Paxi call centre- it irritating to call the call centre and have to listen to you staff gossip when you are waiting online. Than they cancel your call. I had to call again and my call was canceled again for no reason. The most disturbing part is I started called when I was at the store but no answer. eventually someone answer but of no help. It ridiculous that the call centre calls can not be escalated when the call centre agent can not help you. TRAIN YOUR STAFF AND DO BETTER. YOUR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.
