Terrible service PaXI need my refund

Very disappointed with Pep Rynfield Terence PAXI service I received on the 11th of February 2026 , they took my money with asking where is this package going to whilst told cashier Pontsho that this is my first time using their services can she explain how if works , she laughed and say you will learn Chomi pay only to ask when I have already paid what is the receiver contacts .
