Terrible service.... PAXI

Very very disappointed! I sent a parcel on 3 October. My local Pep made a typo when entering the P number and when I received my sms and saw the mistake, I immediately went back and it was rerouted to the right P number. It is 13 Nov today, after numerous phone calls to Paxi, my parcel is MIA. I took a chance and phoned the wrong Pep they used, the parcel actually did go to the wrong address they entered first. So what did all my effort help to reroute the parcel in the first place. I don't know what to do anymore... Will not use Paxi again though.... 😔
