Terrible service from PAXI

I paid for 3 to 5 working days service but I have a parcel that was sent on the 11 of June till today it has not been delivered.The call centre agents makes different excuses when I request to speak to a manager.I have wasted too much money in the past week calling PAXI.parcel number:D***

Also parcel number D*** has not been delivered even though I paid R110 for the 3 to 5 working days
