TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I am FURIOUS!!!!!!! i had someone send items of mine through paxi shortly after , the sender passed away in a car accident and then I find out my parcel was delivered to the wrong store . I hadnt even gotten a chance to receive the sms'd pin code from the sender. Paxi then tells me there is nothing they can do if i do not have the pin. I explained for 3 days that the sender is deceased and CAN NOT CONFIRM ANYTHING WITH ME!!!! I have proof that i am the receiver and that the items they are withholding belong to me . However Paxi says they HAVE TO CONFIRM WITH THE SENDER (sigh) FIRST BEFORE THEY CAN ALLOW ME TO GET ANY PIN CODE TO COLLECT MY PARCEL!!!! I would like to be contacted by higher management!!! ASAP
