Terrible service

My parcel that was sent on the 19th of Oct with a 3-5 days bag iis stil hanging at the wrong destination with no 1 redirecting it to the right destination till today.it was suppose to have been sent to Takkie town in Kathu (NC) inste2 it was sent to Kuruman.but all i understand is tht every store has its own store code so to how they got it weomg to send it to the wromg one i dnt knw...No updates from Pep Paxi or Rakkie town..Such a poor service done by someone who is getring paid to it.I cant recommend it to anyone.
