Terrible service

On the 2nd of December I took a parcel to Pep for a Paxi delivery, today is day 7 of it to be received by the person who ought to as per their instructions however the parcel has been in their possession since the 5th in their JHB hub and still there even today when it’s supposed to be at the receiver’s store already when I ask I am told they have no answers.
