Terrible, horrible, disgusting service by Paxi!!!

I am still awaiting a parcel that was sent on the 6th of November, it’s being taken from one depot to the other, it was first sent to the Hammarsdale depot that is not even in Gauteng then it was re-routed to the Johannesburg depot after I called to find out where the shipment is and till this day it is sitting at the Johannesburg depot and when I call the Paxi customer service department they can’t even put me through to the team leader or manager!!!! I am always being told that the manager is in a meeting which is obviously a lie and apparently the staff is not allowed to give out names of the managers!! What kind of company is this??!! It’s almost a month later and I have not received my parcel!!!!
