Taxi over Paxi

I went to Pep at Lephalale mall to send a package to pep in Polokwane. For my parcel to be delivered in within 5 day I paid +_ R139. After a week I received a call from the mall management office they said some one has picked up my package at the mall entrance, I went to get it from their office and went to pep the same store where I initially to went to send the package. Guess what, the manager from pep said there’s nothing she can do since I wanted the package to be delivered the same day because it was the day the package was suppose to be delivered. We called paxi they said the same thing the manager should just give me my money back goz there’s nothing they can do. Well I took my package to taxi rank and gave it to the taxi driver that was going to Polokwane my package was delivered same day just for R120 I wish knew better and took it to the taxi from the beginning. I mean the taxi was more convenient that pep paxi and cheaper as well.
