Such bad service. Parcel not even updating daaaaays later.
I definitely would Never use PAXI again. Sent 2 parcels to different places a week ago. And the last day they scanned was the day I dropped them at pep hartbee****rt. Definitely worried. Not worth the trouble. I should have used a different courier for the price I paid. it would have been delivered days ago. Very regrettable.

07 Jul 2020, 11:09SO frustrated with PAXI. Not responding to my numerous emails. on the phone, they promising, trace and respond in 4 hours about the whereabouts of the parcels missing. NO. still not - 2 days later. Paxi is definitely worse than the post office. i wish i knew that before. how do you lose parcels going to different places??! with all the glorious service promises they make. they are not even close! they are a far cry from that. why even have a contact form if you will not respond!
