****** items from paxi parcel

Good day. I sent a package parcel no D*** from Pep Mthatha on 06/09/2020 to pep vredenburg west coast mall which arrived 17/09/2020.

When taking the package into pep mthatha there were two packages inside of the paxi parcel. A shoe box enclosed in a gift pack and another gift pack with expensive birthday gifts including two watches.(one tempo, and one VIP watch, an American Swiss silver necklace with a solid silver cross and engravements on the necklace. As well as a gold bracelet with initials engraved on it and a birthday card with some smaller items) That was enclosed in a gift bag and further enclosed in two extra plastic bags to secure it.

However on arrival to vredenburg west coast mall pep the package was not complete and the one package with all of the items in are missing and only the box with the shoes are remaining in the package The package was in closed into a secondary paxi pack and the first paxi pack was opened. No tears on the plastic package are visible. The package was opened and resealed and put into a new paxi package.

This is really a frustration because the package that was sent was expensive, sentimental items for a birthday gift that now the recipient will not get to enjoy.

I hope that this will be resolved and that my package will be found. Someone deliberately opened the package and removed the items and resealed the package.

I sent a message to their Facebook team, and the only response I got was that they can not take liability for lost or ****** parcels. Ridiculous after care!!!
